Our Philosophy

Empowerment Through Creativity, Community, and Opportunity

Our Mission

Neococo Collective empowers refugee, immigrant, and displaced women by providing pathways to economic independence, creative expression, and community integration. Through art, skill-building, and entrepreneurship, we help women reclaim agency and rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Design for Good

Who We Are

We are a women-led social enterprise based in Los Angeles, committed to creating a more inclusive, just, and compassionate future.

At Neococo, we believe that when women are given tools, training, and trust, they can lead transformative change—in their own lives and in the communities around them.

Through art, employment, and entrepreneurship, we provide safe, dignified opportunities for refugee, immigrant, and displaced women to reclaim their narratives and rebuild with purpose. Every product we create tells a story of resilience, and every stitch is a step toward economic independence, creative expression, and belonging.

We’re not just making goods—we’re making good. And we’re doing it, together.

Empowerment in Every Stitch

What We Do

We recognize the powerful skills and resilience that women carry with them across borders.

Neococo provides trauma-informed, culturally grounded programs that offer hands-on training in textile arts, flexible work opportunities, and entrepreneurial resources.

Every product we offer is handcrafted by women navigating the challenges of resettlement—and every purchase helps fund their journey toward stability and leadership.

n addition to paid training and dignified employment, we offer wraparound support such as childcare, language classes, financial coaching, and business mentorship. Our programs are designed to meet women where they are, honoring their stories, strengths, and goals.

By combining creativity, community, and commerce, we’re creating space for women to lead—with confidence, purpose, and pride.
