How Your Gift Makes a Difference
Every dollar given is directly tied to our programs and the women we serve. Here’s how your contribution is used:
- $25 → Supplies one artisan with materials for a month.
- $50 → Covers transportation or translation support so participants can fully engage in workshops.
- $100 → Funds a week of English-language or financial literacy classes.
- $250 → Provides wraparound services such as trauma-informed care circles and mentorship support.
- $500 → Supports a participant through the full Empowerment Program cycle, from skills training to product development.
- $1,000 → Contributes to the Neococo Funding Program and partly towards micro-grants for participants to launch their own businesses.
Where Your Donations Go
Your contributions are carefully invested in three core areas:
- Empowerment Program – Hands-on training in embroidery, knitting, and textile design, paired with language and financial literacy workshops. The goal of the program is to create an accessible pathway to meaningful work but also prepare them for long-term growth.
- Funding Program – Provides miicro-grants and mentorship for immigrant women entrepreneurs ready to launch their own businesses. The Empowerment Program builds stability and skills, while the Funding Program provides the financial means and support for women to transform those skills into sustainable ventures—helping them move from participants to leaders, creators, and business owners.
- Wraparound Services – Language support and translation,transportation, trauma-informed care, and community-building support, access to micro grants and financial coaching,marketing and sales channels along with ongoing peer support that ensure participants can fully engage and succeed.
